Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Growth Cloud (the prepaid credits portal and API for the Shambix Growth Console WordPress plugin), operated by Shambix. Product information: Shambix Growth Console.

1. Official portal

The only official and authorized Growth Cloud portal for creating an account, registering a WordPress site, obtaining an API key (sgc_…), and purchasing or transferring credits is:

The same portal is also served at the Cloudflare Pages hostname https://sgc-portal.pages.dev/ as a fallback if the custom domain is unavailable. Any other website, reseller, marketplace, or lookalike portal is unauthorized.

Credits or API keys obtained from unauthorized sites will not be honored, credited, refunded, or transferred onto Growth Cloud. If you encounter such a site, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us at [email protected] (include the URL if possible). We are not responsible for third parties that claim to sell Shambix Growth Cloud credits or keys.

2. Account

You must provide a valid email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for API keys you create for each site.

3. Credits

Credits are prepaid digital units used for Growth Cloud AI requests (profile, advice, Ask) for sites on your account. Credits must be purchased only through the official portal above.

• No cash refunds. Purchased credits are non-refundable once payment succeeds.
• Transfer between your sites. You may move credits from one site on your account to another site on the same account. Add the destination site first, then use Move credits in the portal.
• Credits have no cash value outside Growth Cloud and are not redeemable for money.

4. Google connection (plugin)

Connecting Google Search Console and GA4 is done in the WordPress plugin Settings. You must only connect properties you are authorized to access. Google data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API (excessive automated load, sharing keys publicly, attempting to bypass billing, or unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Service

Growth Cloud is provided “as is.” We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI outputs are advisory; you remain responsible for changes on your WordPress sites.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material price or credit-policy changes will be reflected in the portal.
